How to Promote Your Agel Business With Video Marketing

I have an excellent example of how to promote your MLM business using video marketing but let me tell you... it's not at all what you think. This is video is about treasure.



When Mark Hoverson makes a video, you get to know him. Some don't like what he has to say. But people who do will look for more information at his video.

Doing that, finding out more about you because of your video should lead people to your lead capture page, not your Agel website or product information. That comes later in the sales funnel.

Attraction action first, then sales. To promote your business with video, promote yourself first by giving others the truth about you, what you believe, etc.

Many people don't want to hear about what I believe on a youtube video. That's okay. The people who do care about spiritual things will be interested in the way I do business and they are the people I want on my team.

If, for example, you are like Hoverson and I, give the facts to your prospects and team in film about what you believe as a Christian and how that relates to business. I use scripture often.

Ultimately people who think like me call me. Some actually want to work with me. So then I tell them about where to find more information about Agel and we go from there.

Some of these people are not interested in Agel but they are interested in being in business with me in some way, as a temporary or long term joint venture partner, or any number of other wonderful wealth producing strategies that are truly blessed by Christ, who gives us all things to enjoy.

Capture Pages: How To Get Target Market Attention FAST

Know Your Audience

First, thing to know about your target market is to realize that today's search engine shopper will only give you 5 seconds to captivate them. That's pretty much it. They are on a search and will quickly leave you and search elsewhere if they believe in the first 5 seconds that you aren't going to answer their question.

Any keyword search term is a question. Knowing what the question is takes more than common sense. Did you know that around February, most people who google with the word income, they aren't at all questioning how to make more?

The number one question most people have in mind when they google the word income around February is all about income taxes.

So to be sure my target audience is seeing my capture page, I'm going to use the words "Ann Sieg" because I want online networkers that have questions to find me.

One they click on my article or video in pay per click ads or in the organic free section on google with the term "Ann Sieg" then I have 5 seconds to captivate them. We'll see if this video works. It might not because it's a little too long.

In the next section we will put our video into a capture page that we can create in 15 minutes!



And, video, very brief videos seem to be working if we remember to be authentic and not full of hype.

Just to quickly get a video up in a capture page I'm going to use this one but it is way too long. So I will edit it or just make a better one.

Let's talk about capture pages. One of the best capture pages I've seen that is upfront about their network marketing company by name and yet is using attraction marketing and not hype is Mark's.

Mark Hoverson is with Global Resorts Network. Let's back-engineer what Hoverson has done.

1. Point To Your Lead Capture Page With A Link Beside A YouTube Video: Hoverson has a video that he has probably posted in many video sharing sites. The video is strategically linked to his capture page for Global Resorts Network. It is not linked to the Global Resorts Network company replicated site.
2. Video Tutorial About Generic Network Marketing Online: Free education sells you. In your video, be you. No hype. Just education. Watch this - double click so you can see the links to right.
   
   

This video has a link to the right hand side at YouTube that takes you to his capture page. I'm sure he has other content on the internet that does the very same thing. That's what I mean by the words "point to your capture page with a link beside your video at YouTube.

We are back engineering here so what I want you to do is design a simple capture page that mentions Agel or your MLM company but does not make the MLM company your marketing focus. I'll show you what I mean tomorrow. Stay tuned for Lead Capture Page part two.

PPC Domination by Mike Dillard and Jim Yaghi is a course that I must mention right now while it's very hot! You see, Google changed the rules right after the course sold to 1000s including me. So the video tutorials have just a few corrections for Jim Yaghi to make in them. It's no big deal though if you use your own capture page like the example in the first video on "The Sales Funnel." Google wants us to no longer use our domain names forwarding them to our affiliate's capture page. That was fine with Google three or four weeks ago and now it isn't.

Ways to make money online and work from home can take about 4 months (I know, it seems too long) but trust me, doing it right over time is good. It saves a ton of time in the long run plus after your third check, you'll think - "hey, that was easy money." Easy money because to get your first check you had to work really hard building your online marketing machine. But...

'...if you build it, they will come.'

All that you really have to do after your marketing machine is up and running is maintenance. You too will be able to teach people how to make easy money online.

To Make Money Online Fast Takes Time - huh?

About 3 months into working toward making money online, I had worked so hard with very little results that I was getting pretty discouraged. That's when a lot of people think it's pure hyped what people say about how they can teach you to make money online fast.

But it's not hype. You can make money online fast after you have your marketing machine in full operation which you can do in 3 or four months. Then what's really fun is to make money while you sleep or while you take a break and see the world. The maintenance you have to put in on your money-

The sad thing is most people quit too soon or give up too easily. The other real killer is multi-tasking. That will put you into over-drive and over-load. The FUNdamentals of success to remember like mantras are these cliche's:

• "one thing at a time" and
• "never give up!"

Ways To Make Money Online

There are many ways to make money online. So much so that it is very tempting to take on a smorgasbord habit of constantly shopping for the best deal. Many people know exactly how to make money online but they fail - not because they don't know how but because they think they don't know how. So they learn how and give up too soon. Then they learn more from another mentor and give up too soon again. And on it goes. I could list 20 ways to make money online and just hit the tip of the iceberg.

Look at this short list of ways to make money online and count how many you've tried but gave up on before you made any money:

1. Google Adwords: Master Google Adwords and you'll never have to learn any other ways to make money online.
2. Social Media Marketing: How many times have you joined a social media site, set up your profile, designed your "page" and actively contributed until right about the time people started to find you? Then what did you do? You probably left your "friends" there and went off to join another social network that looked interesting and started all over! Don't ask me how I know :)
3. Affiliate Marketing: Master one affiliate program at a time. For example, I tell people to start getting leads from Renegade University first, then add Magnetic Sponsoring, Renegade Network Marketer and others. Any of these three examples have a back office to die for, especially Renegade University. Take your time and learn in the back office of each, one at a time.
4. Selling eBooks: You don't even have to write an eBook ever in order to make easy money online by selling them, but like any of the other ways to make money online, you have to spend time to learn how to do it.

Make Money Online At Home

Any one of the four ways to make money online are powerful enough that you can work from home and make enough money to quit your job. I could list 10 more ways to make money online at home but let me just stop here and help you decide what to do.

If you want to simply zero in on these four, I have enough knowledge and experience making money online at home to help you.

But remember, I will help you master one at a time. There are a lot of ways we can begin. I will have to interview you to know how to help you make money online fast rather than slow. Four months is fast. It really is even if thinking about it seems too long. Where will you be 4 months from now if you don't let me help you?

This might not be what you and I do but here's an example of what I teach:

• Affiliate Marketing: I like to start everyone out as affiliates with Renegade University because of the back office there. Awesome internet marketing training.
• eBook Sales: The first money you make at Renegade University is actually two ways of making money online - (1)your affiliate marketing commissions and (2) lots of ebook sales! I'll explain that when we talk.
• Adword Campaigns: Pay Per Click (PPC) is by far the best way to make money online and work from home. Learning how takes two months of focus, focus, focus. If you are good at zeroing in on one thing and one thing only, this is it - PPC Domination.
• Social Media Marketing: Focusing on this is extremely powerful in getting yourself into big time syndication - word of mouth advertising from your "friends" at a few sites can be huge!

AUTHENTICATING OWNERSHIP OF MY BLOG

Now this is getting very interesting. I have been "getting connected" as we say, with various blog directories, registering my blog. MYBLOGLOG.com is very cool because you can design a little avatar of yourself, meet other people because of the picture media - you have to learn to load it in)

It shows pictures of your visitors if they too are with mybloglog.com. You can get this little widget (below) that turns out not to be that little if you have a lot of content out there on the web, which I do.

Everyday, all this "connecting" didn't seem to be working but I guess that means I was in the building phase. Now that I finished with construction, here you are! Do you see your picture to the right?

How 'Bout Them Panthers? They Mean Business And So Do I

Football players mean business and so do I. I've never played tackle football where a bunch of heavy people pile up on you just to keep you down. But it happens in business too so you better know what to do. First, you have to get right up and prance around a bit like nothing happened.

Panther Stealth" is a golf ball made by Slazenger. I really like it but for a pretty strange reason. I like all the Slazenger golf balls because just looking down at that panther before I hit the ball makes me strong, quick and agile. I'm all that but I have to be reminded.

Succeeding with a golf shot, succeeding on the football field or succeeding in business...it's all the same. It has to do with knowing our strengths, thinking about those, and pretty much ignoring our weaknesses. When people encourage you to work on your weaknesses, whether it is your coach, your boss or your upline in Agel or whoever it is, that won't help most people. Look at this panther.

Do you think for one minute that when a panther falls they just lay there thinking "man, I just have to do better. I keep tripping up. What's wrong with me? Is it my lack of discipline? Maybe it's my tendency to not look before I leap. I'm going to work on that right now while I lay here and lick my wounds."

Not hardly. A panther cat or a Carolina Panther just does not do that. Either because of instinct or because of training, dwelling on our weaknesses when we're down is not what panthers do.

Someone asked me one time "How do you always seem to land on your feet?"

Well, I don't. I really never do. When I fail or fall, it hurts but I try to get up and brush off pretty fast so that no one will notice.

People will believe you always land on your feet if you never stay down very long. That's panther stealth. It is the ability to know how to stay in the strength of who we are. I'm a panther at heart, partly instinct and partly training, partly just learning to be a football fan.

Just remember, succeeding in any career, sport or business or just life in general does not mean dwelling on your weaknesses. Nor does it mean looking for them, analyzing about what they might be.

Everyone knows plenty about their weaknesses. Even though we all do have some blind spots, someone will point those out soon enough. Panther stealth just means knowing the strength of "you." Now, Go Panthers!!

Blogging For Business DAY THREE - Your Target Market!

Did you do day one and two? Your title tag should be waving at Google by now but you won't know it for a while. Blogging for business is like a Christmas count down. You can not wait until you bring in business but you have to! Every day you wake up thinking, almost here! Think of all the anticipation while you decorate the house, putting up lights outside, getting the tree up, singing Christmas carols, sending seasons greetings - a lot of fun just preparing for the day.

Google does not like tricks. Google likes treats. Post a treat every day so that when Google comes, cookies and milk will get Google attention. Every day, using keywords and tags, write a post that your target market would be interested in. For example, my overall target market is "network marketers." See how I did a little bolding of that keyword phrase... for Google, that's a treat.

If I narrow that target marget a bit, it actually becomes a longer keyword phrases like "renegade network marketers." Now do not use bolding a lot. Too many treats can make Santa Google sick.

If I narrow my target down to the bullseye, the keyword phrase even gets longer, "Agel renegade network marketers."

So today, DAY THREE in preparing for Santa Google you have to decide just exactly who your target market and what market is the bulls eye. How To Build A Business Blog... DAY TWO: What Is A Title Tag And Why Should You Care?

All web content that you write has a title tag; blogs, hubpages, ezine articles, advertising - all of it. Title tags as mentioned in the post before this one is a way to say hello to Google. Now all by itself won't be a big enough hello but it is important in getting Google's attention.

For example, my title tag begins with "Agel." See the blue bar above... "Agel" is a keyword I am going for, right? But it is highly competitive. Google sees a whole lot of blue bar title tags that begin with the word "Agel."

Google "Agel" right now and the results will be in the millions, 2,870,000 to be exact. That's too competitive. But Google "Agel Renegade" and results drop down to 12,700. And right now, this blog is in the top spot of page one! So the first of 12,700 results is me!

So when you name your blog, or article or Squidoo lens, for a while, stay in the 12,000 to 22,000 range of results at Google for your first two words. Later, as you learn more about how to optimize your site, you can go for more competitive keywords.

So, now go build your business blog with a 12,000 to 22,000 Google results title.Then write one post that is at least 500 words. Then publish it.

Don't worry about how junky or short your blog is. Just publish it. No one will see it until you send traffic to it. Once you build it they will come if you "point to it," then you can dress it up a bit.

How To Build An Agel Business Blog - First Things First

Blogging can be free. This entire website is free. I am advertising my Agel MLM business here for free! Who knew! Blogging for business is the new attraction-based business model for the network marketing industry.

It is soooo much easier for find people who are interested in MLM. What do we need to build a downline? Interested people. Not people who couldn't care less about MLM. There is absolutely no need to convince any one. Blogging to build an Agel business will attract people who are already convinced.

A strong downline means a network of "believers" in network marketing, what I call the best business model of all time. MLM is only a little over 50 years old. The world has yet to see the value of MLM but because of the power of the Internet, that is changing, BIG TIME!

It takes a few months to bring in the right traffic to your blog. But believe me, it is well worth the time. Big business takes time, but if you build it, they WILL come!

All you have to do is learn how to attract targeted traffic blogging. We do not need a huge amount of traffic, but we must attract readers who are either interested in Agel or interested in MLM. Any one can learn how to build a blog and bring in the best candidates to build a downline.

First Important Detail

To attract targeted traffic to your business blog, whether it is to build your Agel business or any business, the first important detail is the title.

That may seem to simple but look at the top blue bar above. That is the "title tag." Think of it as a way to get in touch with Google and other search engines saying, "Tag! You're it!"

Of course I could go on and on about Agel products but when I allow myself to do that, I get carried away with how great they are. If you want to build an Agel business, you absolutely must stop sounding like everything you say is hype (even though it isn't.)

See, that's the thing about the new business model for MLM is to attract customers and business partners to you and the value you have to offer to your downline and customer-base. Giving a sales pitch is aggrevating to people now-a-days. It isn't attractive.

Attraction Marketing

As baby boomers, we remember our mom's welcoming in the Fuller Brush man at the front door. He would come in and stay for maybe 30 minutes to show his wares. And remember the salesman with Britanica encyclopedias. It was so exciting for my whole family when we bought the whole set. The 1950's was such a great time to be a little girl.

This millenium is different. Trust isn't assumed any more. We have to earn it by providing free value first, not pitching anything until we earn trust. Once we prove trustworthy offering value without expecting anything in return, we are then and only then invited in, so-to-speak, to show our wares.

Most people don't get that. Most people still get into a sales pitch right away. Until recently, so did I. I literally would talk to complete strangers about Agel at the grocery store or at Starbucks or just about any place. Now guess who I talk to about Agel? Only people who ask me about it. Without permission or an invite, I just don't do it any more because it doesn't work and it feels unprofessional... because it is unprofessional.

Work At Home Renegade Baby Boomer Women

Working at home, making more "retired" than hired, is exactly what many baby boomer women are doing! I wrote an article about those of us fearless females who have left the corporate world to start our own business at 50 something.

I'll link to it in a minute but here's the thing. So many 50 plus women are in leadership positions building a really great productive and engaged team of staff but not getting to really enjoying the thrill of being truly in charge.

Mike Dillard's MLM Traffic Formula Reviewed Plus Terri-fic Traffic Tips

MLM Traffic Formula is a course that Mike Dillard put together with two other guy's, Tom Bell and Tim Erway. It comes in the mail. It's not an eBook.

It's a big seller even though the price is high. I say all that to say this... A LOT OF PEOPLE, and I mean, a LOT of people type that into Google. They type in "MLM Traffic Formula." Well I am very proud to announce that on page two of Google, you will find one of my articles on the course.

What is a Marketing Merge Professional? Well, it's me. I merge Internet Marketing (IM) with Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) and I do that professionally.

Merging these two marketing professions is the new business model for MLM.

The title Marketing Merge Professional has been coined by the owner of Marketing Merge Inc. - Mike Klingler. He is also the creator of Renegade University. That's where I teach others how to be an MLM Renegade :)

A Renegade Network Marketer doesn't build an MLM business in the traditional way. Ann Sieg coined that title in her ebook called The Renegade Network Marketer. It is the textbook for Renegade University.

I know, I know... this doesn't make a lot of sense yet but bare with me. It will.

Marketing Your MLM Business Online: Agel Enterprises

Marketing your MLM business online successfully takes two things: Training, and time. Training: If you learn how to link a web of content together using 2 or 3 words that your prospects are frequently typing into Google, you absolutely can succeed marketing your MLM business online. Time: ...but it takes time. The Write Words: Content on the web is words. You do not have to be a writer to succeed in online marketing but you do have to write words and link specific words to other related web content.

Here's an example of my "write words" concept. What do some of your prospects type into Google? Many, many people are typing in this phrase "get rich quick." That phrase is called a keyword phrase because it is typed into search engines so many times per day that it is staggering. Today, when I typed that phrase into Google, there are 2,690,000 other people who have already typed that in today. In fact, that figure is the average number of people who type that in every day. Now are these the people I want to target with my marketing? Do I want to get their attention to join Agel? Nope. I'd rather go for the people who type in "Renegade Network Marketer" or "Renegade University" or "network marketing professional" or a million other phrases that I believe would attract the type of prospect that would be a better team member than someone who wants to "get rich quick."
